What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst at TEF, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-impact strategic initiatives, working directly with top decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders. This is not a back-office role—your work will have direct visibility and influence on the foundation’s growth and direction.

• Drive strategic initiatives related to TEF’s research and innovation programs, helping define positioning, structure, and execution.
• Develop and implement data-driven business strategies to optimize TEF’s operations and long-term impact.
• Support high-stakes decision-making by analyzing market trends, financial data, and competitive landscapes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify and develop new growth opportunities for TEF.
• Design and structure key business metrics and reporting tools to track success and measure long-term impact.

From day one, you’ll have ownership over critical projects, high visibility across TEF’s leadership, and a fast-track growth trajectory within the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or equivalent corporate or government experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint (bonus points if you love Notion & automation tools!).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and industry trends.
