Start your Ignition Journey

TEF Ignition is a 7-week program designed to launch students’ entrepreneurial journey, through a combination of:

• €2,000 grant
• e-learning pills
• mentor-led workshops

The program will select 50 teams from Bocconi University and 50 teams from Politecnico, of which up to 15 teams will be selected to pitch at Demo Day and will have the opportunity to win TEF awards.

Application timeline

• Application Open: September 1st
• Application Close: September 28th
• Application Results: October 10th

Eligibility

Students can apply as solo founders or in a team (up to max 5 members). Please note that team applications, especially those showing diverse academic background, will be given high priority.

The team leader must be full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s student at Bocconi (including Law) or Politecnico di Milano.

Team members may include:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, MBA, and postdoctoral students enrolled at Bocconi or Politecnico di Milano
• Up to one non-student member / student from a different university, provided they are at least 18 years old

Exchange students who will be abroad for the duration of the programme are not eligible to participate.

Additional Requirement for Politecnico di Milano Team Leaders

Team leaders from Politecnico di Milano must complete or be registered for the “Innovator Interview” (part of the Am I an… Innovator? programme by the Career Service) before submitting the application.
